For over 50 years the School of Philosophy Auckland has offered practical philosophy courses, as well as mindfulness and meditation practices to all people wanting to change their lives for the better.

You are invited to participate in an interactive inquiry into great ideas from the wisdom traditions of both East and West, their application and value in everyday life. No prior study or familiarity is necessary.

Practical tools to increase mindfulness and self-awareness are presented in a carefully constructed 9 week Introductory Course.
