The School pursues various working principles with the aim of protecting the integrity of its work and the welfare of its students. These include:

  • All tutors are also students of philosophy in the School.
  • No one in the school receives remuneration for their services. We operate on a not for profit basis.
  • Course fees are used for necessary expenditure such as the purchase of furniture and equipment, maintenance of premises, administration, advertising etc. Fees are kept to a practical minimum.
  • No one should receive financial advantage from attendance at the School.
  • Neither attendance at the School nor position in it should be used to obtain personal advantage of any kind.
  • Students should not enter into financial or business arrangements between themselves without appropriate prior consultation.
  • Students should not indulge in criticism of others, but practice tolerance and respect and raise issues or concerns in a reasonable way.
  • The School has no association with any other political or religious organisation.
  • All are welcome to sample what the School has to offer through the introductory courses, and to continue further with the study and practice if so inclined. The hope and intent is that students will gain the inspiration and guidance needed to bring them to a fuller, richer and more productive life, to evolve the spiritual aspect of their being, and to serve society to the best of their ability.
Terms:
  • Cancellation and Refunds for the Introductory Class
  • Students may cancel their enrolment, for any reason, before the end of the second week of the course. The enrolment fee will be refunded in full.
  • Concessions are offered to non-earning students. If you are otherwise in constrained circumstances and would like to attend the course, please ask to speak to the tutor on enrolling.
  • All student are expected to behave in an appropriate manner and to show respect for fellow students. Any student who disrupts a class will be asked to leave the course.
  • We respect your privacy. If you contact us or enrol through this site we will capture and store the information. We will only use this information for the purpose of providing you with the information or service requested. We will not give your personal information to any other party without your explicit request or consent. You will only receive information from us via email that relates directly to your inquiry or course, or where you have specifically requested to be included in bulletins, news letters or other announcements.
