Mindfulness: An Inquiry – A study – and A Practical Application

“What is mindfulness?

Perhaps the simplest way to describe it is to say that mindfulness is the practice of paying attention: knowing where our attention is and being able to choose where to direct it”
– (Dr C Hassed: Mindfulness For Life)

Gain practical tools to increase mindfulness and self-awareness:

  • Tools to increase mindfulness and self-awareness are presented in a carefully constructed 9 week Introductory Course.
  • Regular practice of the techniques each week and simple direction to enable daily application.
  • A weekly summary of the session’s content and a guide for everyday use is provided.
  • An optional weekend residential retreat at our Glendowie residence is included in your course fee.
  • Participants find that the sustained support enables mindfulness to become a more constant, natural way of life.

This is further enhanced by the growth in Self-Knowledge facilitated by the content of the Introductory Course, Meditation Course, and the subsequent courses which expand the central themes.
