Troubleshooting
If you are not regularly receiving your Thoughts;
- Check with your network administrator or ISP that your email service is not being filtered for spam. Some of the more aggressive spam filters will prevent Thought for the Day from being delivered. They should be able to specifically permit Thought for the Day at your request.
- Check that your email account is not full or over quota (particularly if you are using a free service such as Hotmail or Yahoo) as this will prevent you receiving messages.If you have not received your Thoughts for more than ten working days then you may need to subscribe again as your subscription may have been automatically cancelled if it continously could not be delivered.
