Mantra Meditation Course

The School offers a mantra-based meditation from the Vedic tradition.

We provide training and support in the use of a very simple mantra to assist in putting the mind to rest and finding peace. The mantra works to gradually settle the body, mind and spirit, freeing them from unnecessary activity and agitation. Students commonly report that the result is a sense of peacefulness, even bliss, that may carry on into daily life.

An introduction to the practice of meditation is offered after approximately a year of studying philosophy. Later on, weekend residential retreats are offered to study and practice meditation without the distractions of daily life.

Free and continued care and support is offered for meditation as long as you want it, even if you stop attending courses.
